I gave this product as a gift to my husband and he has been using it every day. Its an easy to use light weight gym i have seen. Works well on the muscles. I never was able to exercise so well on my leg muscles as i do with this one. Small and can be hidden in any corner.

The door gym is very easy to set up and is good for light to moderate resistance. This product is definately worth the $30.00 I paid for it. It also makes a great travel gym to take with you on vacation as it fits most doors. .
